Kaley Brauer

AI Safety Researcher | Computational Astrophysicist

My background is in using cosmological simulations to study nuclear processes in galaxies. I now research interpretability and alignment in large language models.

Currently, I am at Harvard as an NSF Astrophysics Postdoctoral Fellow and an AI Research Fellow with the Cambridge Boston Alignment Initiative. Previously, I received my Physics Ph.D. from MIT.

When I am not doing research, I enjoy science outreach, dancing, and biking.
